- How long does the package take to arrive?
The first attempt will be made within 4 business days.
- How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs 7.90 euros for orders below 100 euros and it's free for orders over 100 euros.
- What happens if I'm not at home during the first attempt?
The courier will make a second attempt. If you're not at home either, the package will be sent to the nearest Post Office, where you can pick it up within the following 7 business days.
- In which countries do you ship?
Zoé ships across Italy.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
You can choose between the following methods:- Credit card;
- PayPal;
- Bank transfer.
- How can I pay with a bank transfer?
Once you've done your orden, you'll receive an email with all your order data and the information you need to pay. Make sure to write your order number in the bank tranfer's notes, so that we can ship your order package as soon as possible!
